The rear clip attaches to the rear of all standard planer boards with the two included Stainless Steel screws. 

It will hold braid and mono secure. For added holding you can double wrap the line through the grove with the help of the wrapping pins below the grove.

I have only been out once since I received them. Unfortunately I had a situation and ended up stepping on one and broke it. I will need to order a replacement. I believe they will work as intended.

This planer board rear clip is absolutely the best that I’ve used so easy to hook up and easy to remove!! Amazing how magnets can hold so well and be so easy to hook up and remove!!!!
